not the easiest day… earlier, I had a panic attack in public — my bestie was with me. it felt like too much in the moment, but she reacted with so much care and patience — I felt safe with her. and that kind of love really grounds me. still, my heart felt heavy later in the evening too. some things brought me down emotionally.
