Getting 7 miles in an hour run on the treadmill this morning😝 also this bra has seen its last day… I’ve lost too much weight to keep wearing it and it’s going in the trash! Training is going well and I’m getting ready for my peak week💪🏼 ***On Monday you’ll start seeing a lot more of me again! I know I’ve been slower these days but now that school is back in I will be around a LOT more!!***
