Though I did win lol. Yeah though I tried to hit the gym but couldnt really do many lifts, so as of now I'm gonna take the weekend off and see where I'm at on Monday. Disappointed because I was hoping to hit 305 on the barbell overhead shoulder press tonight. Oh well, better safe than sorry.

Same way it felt a few years ago when I partially tore my left bicep. Otherwise I got a pretty decent lift in. 5 sets of wide grip lat pulldowns. 5 sets of long bad curls.
