This series is a high school, reverse harem (MMMF), murder mystery, bully to lovers romance. With lots of suspense, drama, twists, and turns. This book series deals with high schoolers so betrayal is a lot harder when you’re still innocent and learning to grow up.
Side note: two of the male characters are bisexual.
While I did enjoy this series it didn’t have me hot and bothered like the Saint View Prison book. I just found this to be a good series with the drama and suspense. While there was spice and it was nice I personally had a hard time thinking about the HS aspect so it’s not a series for everyone.

Locked up liars is the first part of the reverse harem series (MMMF) then followed by sinners and it wraps up with Felons.
It’s a suspenseful, steamy, murder, mystery, cat and mouse game. A strong and independent woman met a brooding man that’s her sisters ex boyfriend, a protective prison guard, and a hot shot lawyer.
These books were thrilling and had me on the edge of my seat for DAYS because of all the twists and turns. This series had a chokehold on me and my libido! I will say the first one can feel too long and drawn out at times with the slow burn but the wait was so worth it.

Alright, alright… tentacles might just be my thing after reading this book. They finally got me. This is the 2nd book to scorpions mate and takes place right after, continuing the world building off the second book and doing better at it. This book has enough suspense that I didn’t find it predictable, the level of character development has increased from the last book and the characters themselves changed by the end of the book, there’s consent between the characters and a clear distinction of boundaries set in place, and I love that the book had a happy ending despite the action and drama! A good read that actually even had me picking up the 3rd book right after to continue the smutty space exploration!!

This was quite an interesting Read. Science fiction, fantasy, romance, action, drama, and a lil horror-ish.
I’m not sure how to describe this one but it’s a darker read with experimentation, capturing, and escaping. It’s a slow burn monster romance book. There’s a lot of character development and world building that I enjoy but I find there’s a lack of steam for me personally. Still a good read. Insect people isn’t my cup of tea but I gave it a try since scorpions are close to spiders and I did enjoy the ensnared series. I wouldn’t put these two books on the same level though.
Ensnared is S tier and this Scorpion book is B for world building but C tier for spice.

I would water the dye down at different consistencies in order to splash, spray, and smear it onto my cosplay for the horror effect. That’s what also resulted in the dye looking like older or newer stains. I wanted this cosplay to look as FILTHY as possibly and I think I achieved it quite well though F in the chat for my bath tub and my skin being stained for a bit. The dye also smells extremely unpleasant but I’m worried if it’ll wash out of the fabric or if it will turn everything pink…

Alright when people talk about Ruby Dixon her #1 series that comes to mind is her Ice Planet Barbarians series and it’s for a great reason! Her world building and character development skills are fascinating and will keep you hooked for as many books as you can read. This is one of the longest series I’ve ever read and I still can’t believe I read ALL OF THEM. I ate them up like crazy! Each book follows a different couple and their struggle / their relationship and how they got there with a few books being side books that a filler for the holidays. Once again, some books I found to be more enjoyable than others but because the series is so gigantic it’s hard to review it as a whole. Maybe I’ll post individual reviews for each book but even that seems like a lot.
