!!! Please read ☹️ tonight I am 99% sure I tore my rotator cuff (dancing too much at an edm show) and my left shoulder is in excruciating pain.. I have a high threshold and it’s so bad it’s all I can think about at the moment. Nothing like this has ever happened and it could be just seriously sprained/not that severe so I’m gonna give it the night to see and then go into an urgent care if it’s still this bad tomorrow. Got an icy hot patch on it though! In unrelated news, a dr. recently prescribed me prednisone for having high inflammation markers (leg injury not weight related) and apparently that makes everyone gain weight! So I’ll potentially be gaining even more this month - silver lining! I’m staying hopeful about my shoulder unless I get some bad news - I’m gonna do my best to continue with regularly scheduled content (I can handle a 4-5 minute clip after eating a ton) and a friend is visiting to collab in a couple of days so the timing for this injury couldn’t be worse 😭 I’m gonna do my best - please be patient with me! I don’t want this to affect your experience here at all 💜
