I’m not going to lie, even though it’s an injury, I felt so weak and embarrassed as I was struggling with that 5lb weight. I know it’s something I shouldn’t, but it still made me feel like it’s something I’m being laughed at for. I know I’m not, that’s just years of insecurities talking but it still was a thought in my mind. This is without a doubt one moment I can say I’m #proud of me. It took 10 years of up and down to make this kind of #progress. So I wanna say to anyone who feels like they’re thinking of giving up. Wednesday workout Halo all, well had a great workout today. Was making up for not going Tuesday night and did my #backday and #bicepsday routine. An exercise I haven’t done in ages was the lifting of the weight plate (if you know what the name of that exercise is please tell me as I’m drawing a blank. Halo all, well I spent #valentines in the gym trying to work on the new concept to me of #selflove. Anyone who knows me can attest that it’s something I really am lacking in, I have more than enough #selfdoubt and #selfesteem issues to work on. Halo all, well tonight was a great #workout. Great rhythm, near constant of keeping heart rate in the 130-140 zone, feeling sore and accomplished after. So this was one I can be satisfied with. Halo all, so giving an update to the #Noom program. Wel for starters I’m down 6lbs in just over 3 weeks. So I’m calling that a win. Minor or major a win is always a win. Secondly the lessons I’m listening to are giving me some good things to think about a reflect upon. I did hit a little snag in the week when I upgraded my phone. And for some reason the data didn’t transfer over but according to support on Noom that could happen. So I have to go back to the beginning on the lessons which is fine it’s like a refresher course. The program has given me a lot of good acronyms to work with that allow me to work through my problems and also build better goals. TTAC (Trigger, Thought, Action, Consequences) for example has helped me when having bad food cravings. So have the breathing exercises I’ve been doing. The one I’m going to talk about here is call YBP (Your Big Picture). According to studies they’ve talked about. Writing your goals down will help you visualize them. But sharing them with people and talking about them will add to that. So I’m going to speak about mine or in this case just add a photo that shows what I’m aiming for.  so far I can honestly say I would fully recommend this program to anyone looking to work on some weight loss. But if it’s something you can’t afford don’t be afraid to reach out to other people in this group too. Or using it I conjunction would help too.
